Following the closure of Urban Ascent in April, a new four-story climbing gym is under construction in Meridian, Idaho, just outside of Boise. The 32,000 sq. ft. facility is scheduled to open in October 2019 and will feature nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of climbing terrain. Walltopia is building the walls, which will range from 30 to 65 feet high, including a regulation speed wall. The facility will also feature a bouldering area.
